資產(chan)(chan)招租(zu)(zu)預(yu)招標信息(xi)公告是海恒集團紀委在推(tui)動解決國有資產(chan)(chan)出(chu)(chu)租(zu)(zu)出(chu)(chu)售遺(yi)留問(wen)題(ti)、推(tui)動監(jian)督與(yu)中(zhong)心業(ye)務深度融合(he)方(fang)面提出(chu)(chu)的一項全新舉措和具體實踐。年初,面對各平臺公司普(pu)遍出(chu)(chu)現的租(zu)(zu)金(jin)拖欠難(nan)收(shou)繳、違約金(jin)難(nan)執行、履約保(bao)證金(jin)預(yu)收(shou)難(nan)等國有資產(chan)(chan)出(chu)(chu)租(zu)(zu)、出(chu)(chu)售問(wen)題(ti),海恒集團紀委主動融入,一邊召開協(xie)調會迎難(nan)調度,督促收(shou)回(hui)租(zu)(zu)金(jin),強化監(jian)管措施,推(tui)動問(wen)題(ti)解決;同時(shi)一邊積極探索(suo)建(jian)立(li)長效(xiao)機制,從制度機制上(shang)完善和規避(bi)問(wen)題(ti)的產(chan)(chan)生。
